A Message from New Life Physical Therapy: Fall is a special time of the year. As farmers harvest their crops and cooler temperatures bring out brilliant colors in the trees, this seasonal transition leads to many of us to new activities. Whether it's an outdoor hike, cheering on our favorite football team(s), visiting an apple orchard or indulging in a pumpkin spice latte, we all have our favorites over the next few months. The key, not just in the fall but throughout the year, is to stay active and embrace new opportunities.
Here at New Life, we are passionate about helping you succeed in doing life's important things. While sudden changes can be difficult, steady & gradual transitions are much more manageable. That's why, this fall, we are offering a FREE 30 Day Challenge to our past patients and their friends & family. Here's how it works:
* Schedule a FREE screen from Monday, October 2nd through Friday, October 13th. Screens can be virtual or in person at our Portage, Baraboo or Reedsburg clinic locations
* Your PT will assess your movement/flexibility/balance, assign 1-3 personalized exercises to do daily and will follow up with you 1-2x along the way
* You will track your progress using a FREE app (My Movement Rx), available on both Android & Apple devices.
The 30 Day Challenge will run from Monday, October 16th through Tuesday, November 14th. To provide a little extra incentive, New Life will be donating $5.00 per person for attending their FREE screen, plus an additional $0.25 per day that the person completes their exercises and checks in with the app. In addition, all patients are encouraged to bring in non-perishable food items to any of our clinic locations during this challenge. All donations will be made to local community food pantries with checks written on Wednesday, November 15th to help with Thanksgiving preparations.
We expect appointment times to fill up fast so call 608.742.9356 today or reply "I'm in" to info@newlifept.com and we'll contact you to schedule. We look forward to working with you during this challenge and appreciate the support for our local community food pantries. Keep Moving!
