Membership in the Reedsburg Area Chamber of Commerce (RACC) is one of the best ways for businesses, organizations and individuals to support and connect with their local community, but members also receive some important benefits, as well.  Here are some of the most common:

Chamber Identification: RACC members receive a distinctive membership decal to place on their door or window for visible membership recognition. National surveys have shown that over 70% of consumers believe that Chamber member businesses are more likely to support and invest in their community, provide better customer service, stand behind their product or service, and treat consumers with more integrity and respect than non-Chamber members. 

Ribbon Cuttings: New RACC members are encouraged to hold a Ribbon Cutting to gain exposure to the general public through local media outlets and other Chamber members. 

Certificate of Origin: We provide Certificates of Origin to our members.

Chamber Member Electronic Lists or Mailing Labels: RACC members may obtain contact information for other Chamber members. Information is available in the form of printed mailing labels, an electronic spreadsheet with mailing addresses or email addresses. 

Direct Referrals: We refer our members, and ONLY our members every chance we have! Each week we provide dozens of referrals and recommendations to our member businesses and organizations.

Website Listings and Links: Each RACC member is listed on our website along with a brief description and a link to their website. When appropriate we also list member information and events on regional television channels and websites, Facebook pages, local radio, newspaper and other more. 

Networking Opportunities: RACC members are invited and encouraged to attend and participate in our Annual Meeting, Golf Outing and Business After Five gatherings. These networking opportunities give Chamber members a chance to meet and stay connected. You have direct access to over 225 of the most experienced, resourceful and dynamic people right in the RACC membership!

Weekly E-Blasts: Each week we email our members a newsletter that is full of information about RACC member activities and a calendar of events that looks ahead 30 days. It also provides space for job openings, volunteer opportunities, member to member specials and more. 

Supplemental Marketing: Most businesses have a marketing budget which they use to advertise their product or service locally, but the Chamber supplements that with advertising throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest. We advertise in print, digitally, and on television in markets that reach far beyond our local area.

Peer Recognition: Each year as a part of our Annual Meeting we accept nominations in advance and give out awards to our members for various accomplishments. It has become our most enjoyable night of the year, so you won't want to miss this great Chamber of Commerce evening!

Advertising Opportunities: The RACC uses every opportunity we can to promote our members. Each year we develop a comprehensive Discover Reedsburg guide that showcases the Reedsburg area and is distributed widely to residents, visitors, newcomers and your potential customers. We also offer members a chance to do free advertising through us in "Welcome" and relocation packets. Finally, members are also invited to advertise through paid sponsorships of Concerts in the Park, the Golf Outing and the Annual Meeting.

Member Brochure Racks: The RACC is the primary source of information in our community for both visitors and area residents, and we have bulletin boards as well as brochure and business card racks to display "member-only" information. Over 10,000 people come into the Chamber every year, and we give every person courteous, friendly and professional service, leaving them with a great impression of  Reedsburg Area Chamber of Commerce members and our community!

Training Opportunities: RACC Members are invited to participate in exclusive "Lunch and Learn" events when offered. These opportunities give members a chance to participate in some professional, convenient, affordable and useful training. 

Chamber Gift Certificates: The RACC sells over $40,000.00 in Chamber gift checks each year, which can only be used at participating Chamber member locations. They are often given as prizes, gifts, customer appreciation incentives or for employee recognition, and there is no cost for a Chamber member business or organization to participate in the program. Best of all, these dollars only benefit Reedsburg Area Chamber of Commerce members.

We Are Here to Serve You! The RACC office is staffed 7 days per week from May through October. The RACC office is staffed Monday-Friday the remainder of the year.
