    Event Description:

    You’re invited to a Groundbreaking! Please join the City of Reedsburg and Shop Space Wisconsin as they break ground at 407 S. Wengel Drive, Reedsburg, WI. Wednesday, September 18, 2024, 3:30 pm.
     
    Project Information:  The intent of the project is to create affordable units for small non-retail commercial businesses, such as, but not limited to, contractors, small engine and appliance repair, light assembly and light fabrication, hobbyists, boat / RV storage, etc. 
    Each unit / building will be a 50ft x 50ft building that can be split down the middle for 25ft x 50ft units or kept as whole buildings.  Each unit will be temperature controlled and will include bathroom and office space, 200 amp electrical service and floor drains, among other features.  We will be building just three buildings to start out but the condo community has the potential to grow to as many as 12-24 buildings if the demand is there.   If potential buyers come forward early enough in the construction process, they have the ability to customize to their specific wants / needs as well. The condo association will take care of things like lawn care, snow removal, trash disposal, sanitary sewer, etc. but they will be separately metered for other services like electricity, gas and water.
