This event involves several HANDS ON tutorials, showing you how to save money while keeping your home safe and efficient. One tutorial involves improving accessibility to prevent slips, trips and falls. Another for energy savings, simple house maintenance to save money on repairs, and making a home maintenance plan to preserve mechanicals.
This program is for homeowners and renters alike and is great for all skill levels. Hopefully at the end of it you will feel more confident in making improvements to your home by yourself.
Snacks and drinks will be provided as well as door prizes and a gift bag full of useful items to get you started on the road to self sufficiency.
