    Madison College - Reedsburg Staff will be available to help you create a Castlebranch account which is a 3rd party company we use for the background check and health checklist. 
    • The cost is approximately $56 and you must pay online. NO cash or check!

    We will have staff available to help you access and navigate the Wisconsin Immunization Registry.
    • You will need your Social Security Number to find your records. We will then help you upload all of the documents you have ready!
