    Event Description:

    Strength Training Camp at The LaValle Center this Spring. The camp is geared for those who want to feel more confident and efficient lifting weights and to be able to develop a weight lifting program for themselves moving forward.

    The camp will be run by Lisa Askren, a certified personal trainer, and will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-6:30 pm, April 1 through May 8, 2025.

    The cost for the 6-week program is $80 for members and $100 for non-members. Interested individuals can reserve their spot by contacting The LaValle Center.
